Sound - The sound is very good, even when using Bluetooth. It's full and well rounded. The bass is solid, but not overpowering or artificial. They work equally well for music (rock, chillhop, instrumental) and audiobooks.

2) Build Quality - These are built very well.THey don't feel cheap and seem like they would stand the test of time.

3) Controls - The controls are well placed on the ear cup and have all of the functions that you need. You can answer and hang up a call, turn ANC on and off, change volume and tracks (long press), and stop and start music.

4) Call quality - One of my favourite things about these headphones is the call quality. I can leave them connected to my phone to listen to music and easily answer a call by pressing a button on the ear cup. THe mic is right on the ear cup and picks up my voice very well. I've used these for 10-15 calls and have not had any issues whatsoever, even in a slightly noisier environment.

5) Bluetooth - The Bluetooth range on these is very good. I had some choppyness when moving 2 floors away from my phone (in my house), but had no issues on the same floor within 30 feet, or being 1 floor away. The sound quality when using Bluetooth may not be quite as good as in wired mode, but it's pretty darn close.

6) Battery life - These headphones use an internal battery rather than using AAA's like my old pair. This is a big plus. The advertised battery life is up to 25 hours. So far I've only used them for about 12 hours before charging, and they haven't lost their charge. If the battery runds out, you can still use the headphones in wired mode, without ANC. I understand that this is an issue with some of the higher end ANC headphones.

7) Noise Cancellation - These headphones have Active Noise Cancellation. This allows them to block out (technically they add a second sound to offset the first) low level background noise. They won't eliminate noise from people talking around you (neither will the Bose Quiet Comforts), but they do a great job at filtering out other backround noise like a plane engine, furnace, etc. I have an pair of older Sony MDR-10RNC headphones, and that ANC on these is quite a bit better.

8) Comfort - These headphones are very light and comfortable. They weigh 217 grams. I've used them for 4 hour work sessions without issue. No sweating or discomfort. The ear cups are mid sized (not large and not small), so if you have very large ears, that might be an issue. They work just fine for me and I have a fairly big head.
